restriction
policies
If the second
policy is used, it
becomes impossible
to remove all
records from the
list. When you
attempt to remove
the last record,
the restriction
policy mode is
switched
automatically to
mode 1.
When you attempt
to switch to the
mode 2 with empty
list, you are
warned of
impossibility of
such action.
You will be
informed if access
from your IP
address becomes
unavailable due to
your restriction
policy
misconfiguration.
Managing
control panel
access
You access the IP
restriction
management page
clicking on the
ACCESS button on
the Server
administration
page.
To add a network
to the list click
on the ADD button.
To remove a
network IP from
the list, select
it using a
checkbox in the
Sel column. Click
REMOVE SELECTED.
To edit a network
ip or subnet mask,
click on the ip
address in the
list, and you will
be taken to the
editing page.
To change the
policy mode,
select an
appropriate radio-button
and click SET. The
confirmation box
will open,
prompting you to
confirm the mode
change. Click Ok.
To sort the list
of networks by IP
address or subnet
mask, click on the
corresponding
title of the list,
an arrow will
indicate the order
of sorting, up for
ascending, down
for descending.
You have an option
of searching
through the list
for a certain
pattern. It may
help you in case
you have a great
number of networks
in the list and
you need to work
with a particular
one. To search
through the list,
type the pattern
string into the
text input field
and click SEARCH.
If there were any
items found
matching the
specified pattern
string, they will
all be displayed
in the form of a
reduced list. The
button SHOW ALL
will revert to
displaying the
entire list.
To add an IP
address follow
these steps:

From the IP
Access
restriction
management
page, click
on the ADD
button. The
IP adding
page will
open.

Specify the
network IP
address and
subnet mask
in the
fields
provided,
then click
UPDATE.
